After tech CEO Pava LaPere was found dead in her Baltimore apartment on Sept. 25, authorities announce they’ve issued a warrant for a suspect in her case. Police are looking for Jason Dean Billingsley, 32, wanted for “first-degree murder, assault, reckless endangerment and additional charges.”
