Hayden Panettiere was in possession of counterfeit pills and white powder at the time of her death, a new report from the Greenville County Medical Examiner confirmed. The coroner found blue pressed pills—which are counterfeit tablets made to look like regulated prescription medications—that tested positive for fentanyl. There was also a straw present on the table near where her body was found as well as a sunglasses case containing white powder inside her suitcase, per the document obtained by TMZ. The report also says Panettiere, who was with her ex-boyfriend Brian Hickerson and his brother Zach Hickerson when she died, had turned “deep purple” when the brothers discovered her body. Zach previously told TMZ that upon discovering the Hero star’s body, he “immediately called 911 and Brian gave her Narcan,” which is used to treat overdoses. Harvey Weinstein has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for sexual assault. The disgraced movie producer learned his fate in Manhattan court on Wednesday, six years after his initial conviction and its subsequent retrials. He faced up to 25 years behind bars, with prosecutors seeking 20. The Oscar winner was originally sentenced to 23 years in prison in 2020 for his crimes. However, those guilty verdicts were tossed in 2024 after an appellate judge ruled the high-profile trial was prejudiced against him with testimony from outside the case. Last year, Weinstein was again found guilty of first-degree sexual assault for forcibly subjecting former “Project Runway” production assistant Miriam Haley to a sex act in 2006, while he was acquitted on a second charge of sexually assaulting former model Kaja Sokola, also in ’06.
