Kit Harington shared he was “fully supportive” of HBO’s “Harry Potter” TV adaptation even before he landed the part of Gilderoy Lockhart. During a Monday appearance on the”Happy Sad Confused” podcast, the “Game of Thrones” alum addressed his casting for the fantasy drama’s second season, which is based on J. K. Viral Hits Night of “Dancing With the Stars” saw the celebrities a little shakier after just one week of preparation for the night of competition.  Before the premiere episode, the stars have several weeks of rehearsals to prepare their dances, but for Week 2 the pressure was on. Jennifer Eckhart, a former associate producer for Fox Business, is dead from suicide. She was 36. According to the incident report, obtained by ET, Jennifer’s body was found inside her home by her mother, Cindy, on Saturday. She was in the bathtub with a knife nearby and suffered a serious laceration to her neck. Jennifer made news in 2020 when she claimed she was groomed and ‘violently raped’ by Fox anchor Ed Henry when she worked at the network, beginning at age 24. Henry, who now works for Newsmax, denied the allegations and settled with Eckhart in 2025, a day before the case was set to go to trial. She lost a separate appeal against Fox News in April. Paramount CEO David Ellison and California Attorney General Rob Bonta’s settlement talks have the end in sight. A federal judge Tuesday set a hearing on the settlement to close the 12 state AGs’ antitrust lawsuit against Ellison’s $110 billion acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The two parties will meet Thursday. In the same court order, U.S. District Judge Araceli Martinez-Olguin scrapped the scheduled hearing on Paramount’s $1.88 billion bond request. She has not approved the settlement yet. Martinez-Olguin wrote that the hearing will “address certain outstanding questions regarding the factual and legal underpinnings of the parties’ proposed consent decree, as well as the implementation of the proposed consent decree.” The agreement, which was announced on Monday, includes a minimum investment of at least $300 million annually in domestic TV and film production, or $1.5 billion over five years. Paramount has agreed to produce 30 films per year in the first two years of the deal, which will be upped to 32 per year in each of the following three years.
