During the Oct. 2 episode of This Morning, Alison Hammond abruptly walked off camera in the middle of a segment. While taking a call alongside co-host Dermot O’Leary from veterinarian Dr. Scott Miller for a phone-in segment, Hammond appeared to rush off camera as O’Leary continued to finish the piece solo. Hours later, Hammond put fans’ concern to rest, sharing a video to her Instagram from a hospital bed. “Hello my lovelies, I know you’re all worried about me,” she said in the Instagram Story. “Honestly, I am fine, first of all, but I’m getting my little ticker checked out.” Patting her chest near her heart, Hammond admitted, “I’m having a little bit of a palpitation and now I’m getting it all checked out but I think I’m OK.” Full Story: https://www.eonline.com/news/1436685/this-morning-host-alison-hammond-leaves-show-hospitalized-for-heart-issue
