LuLu LoveBottom’s roommate Michael Aquino, has shed light on his friend’s final moments while mourning his death. LuLu LoveBottom, Dead at 30 In the comments section of the post, Aquino shared that Hardin “passed away in his room in our home.” Aquino subsequently shared a lengthy tribute post via his own Instagram account reflecting on the loss. “I will miss you so much my dear friend. The White House insists it did not threaten Jimmy Kimmel into not broadcasting his impending interview with James Talarico, accusing the ABC late night host of creating a “false narrative” against the FCC. “Jimmy Kimmel is play-acting — as he often does — to create a false narrative about this administration’s policies. Chairman Carr has not threatened him regarding interviewing James Talarico, or any other candidate,” Assistant White House Press Secretary Davis Ingle said on Thursday. “Any media outlet blindly amplifying Kimmel’s egocentric delusion should insist on proof. Of which they will find none.” Ingle’s comments came ahead of Thursday night’s “JKL” episode and hours after Talarico responded to Kimmel’s Wednesday night monologue. “We found out about this very recently, and I guess we’ll see what happens tonight. But government censorship should be a concern to all of us, regardless of our political party,” the politician told MS NOW on Thursday morning. “It’s the most dangerous form of cancel culture: people at the top, powerful politicians, powerful media executives, censoring what we watch, what we read [and] what we say,” Talarico added. “And that, again, should be a concern to everyone who believes in the First Amendment and believes in the freedom…
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is promising her fans that she is “done” with ex David Eason after recently letting him back into her life. “The topic of David. Just think this needs to be addressed to all of my fans because I’ve just been so transparent with you guys over the years,” Evans, 34, explained in a TikTok video on Wednesday, September 9. “I’m just kinda silent lately because of my health issues. Also, my mental struggles, what I’ve been going through lately, it’s been really, really tough.” Evans confirmed that she was “coparenting” 9-year-old daughter Ensley with Eason, 38, “for months,” including letting him visit with Ensley one-on-one so they could have “their time together.” (The MTV star also shares 17-year-old son Jace with ex Andrew Lewis and 12-year-old son Kaiser with Nathan Griffith.) Fox News anchor Jesse Watters argued that President Trump’s promise to pay American adults $5000 each in the case of a Republican victory in the coming midterm elections is “not a bribe.” He instead described the pledged arrangement as an “enticement,” illustrating his point with an analogy that audibly shocked his “The Five” co-hosts. “That is not a bribe. We’re calling it an enticement. We don’t know if the check will ever get there,” Watters began, speaking Thursday during a roundtable conversation on Fox News’ “The Five.” “What happens if the Republicans take the House and they balk and don’t write the checks? It’s not Trump’s fault. He just blames Congress.” Watters then continued by saying, “It’s like a woman. Sometimes a woman can entice you.” The opening to the comparison immediately drew a muted interjection of “Stop it!” from panel member and fellow Fox News host Greg Gutfeld. “Maybe she lowers her brassiere. Doesn’t mean you’re going home with her! But it keeps you interested,” Watters continued. “It keeps you intrigued and wanting more. That’s what this is about.” “That was your takeaway?” asked fellow “The Five” host Dana Perino. Watters responded with, “That was mine.” Perino then turned…

The Emmy Awards focus on honoring TV’s best, but for many fans, it’s an excuse to see the best dressed stars and the selfies they take. When Amy Schumer attended the Primetime Emmy Awards in 2015, she kicked off her social media coverage with a snap of her room service order. Jessica Biel and Justin Timberlake, meanwhile, opted to stick their tongues out at the camera before heading to the show in 2018. “Just a buncha professional mature adults en route to the Emm-ahhhhhhs (see what I did there 👅) #emmys,” Biel captioned her goofy pre-Emmys photo. In 2020, the Emmys were held remotely because of the coronavirus pandemic, but a few celebrities still managed to sneak in some low-key selfies. Reese Witherspoon and Kerry Washington, for example, watched the show together at a socially distanced viewing party. Scroll down for a look at Emmys past and a peek at the best selfies from celebs in attendance:

“Rapinoe,” Rebeca Huntt’s revealing portrait of the athlete and activist Megan Rapinoe, is not like other celebrity documentaries. Where other such films can feel as if they are being swallowed up by the fame of their subjects, finding only shallow insights outside of what we already know from the carefully curated image they put forth, this one dives headfirst into the tension and the complexity of its subject. In her probing and sometimes poetic documentary, Huntt finds something meaty in the way Rapinoe has navigated the trappings of being not just known on a global stage but heavily scrutinized while on it. The film is about what Rapinoe refers to as her needing to “disassociate” in order to perform as one of the best soccer players in the world and also deal with the immense pressure that comes with that. This revealing phrase, which she shares with a refreshing frankness, is the first of many moment in which “Rapinoe” cuts deeper into the person who became an iconic athlete. Yes, it captures the highs of Rapinoe’s victories in a way that leaves you feeling as if you could run through a brick wall when she does her iconic goal celebration…

New details are emerging from the deliberations during Lindsay Clancy’s murder trial. After the judge declared a mistrial on Sept. 4, juror Nick Dargie shared his experience inside the jury room, calling out the one unnamed male juror who prevented a unanimous verdict following seven days of deliberations. “It was definitely frustrating,” Dargie told ABC News about the juror in an interview that aired on Good Morning America Sept. 10. “Mainly frustrating when he explicitly said, ‘You know, I don’t know if the prosecution or the defense proved their case.’” Dargie, who was serving in the military abroad when he was called to serve on the jury, also alleged that the juror in question picked up the exercise band that Lindsay used to strangle her children—a move that drew Dargie’s ire. There’s something unseemly about “The Fix” even before the credits roll. It’s a film about Americans heroically killing Middle Eastern villains — and heroically killing Middle Eastern heroes, just to be thorough — while simultaneously robbing and saving their country. It’s a film that eroticizes Persian women when it’s not vividly shooting them in the head on-camera. And while this may not be the filmmakers’ fault, the trailers for “The Fix” proudly announce it’s coming out “this 9/11” the same way a slasher movie announces it’s coming “this Halloween” or a Santa Claus movie says it premieres “this Christmas.” ‘Tis the season for films about killing non-Americans, apparently, as if that’s how you honor the memory of everyone we lost in one of our nation’s greatest tragedies. There are moments when Guy Moshe’s “The Fix” is involving and intense, but I’m about to add context which will neutralize any chance of that statement getting quoted in the marketing, because shootouts and ticking clocks are intense whether they’re good or not. Moshe makes a few interesting choices throughout “The Fix,” and whenever it’s focused entirely on men on a mission, solving problems and unleashing hell, it plays like an adequate military…
