Jay-Z has been chosen to headline the Super Bowl 2027 Halftime Show on Feb. 14, ESPN announced. While Jay-Z’s Roc Nation produces the show, this will be his first time taking center stage at the game. “From Reasonable Doubt to standing on the Super Bowl Halftime stage, this has been a journey,” Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter, shared in a statement to Variety. “Thirty years of music, work, and culture on the world’s biggest stage. This run continues to be a dream come true.”While Jay-Z, who shares daughter Blue Ivy, 14, and 9-year-old twins Rumi and Sir with wife Beyoncé, has never performed at the Super Bowl, he’s hardly a stranger to the halftime show.
