‘The View’s Sunny Hostin chats with ET’s Emily Curl on set of the ABC daytime talker’s 30th season premiere! The longtime co-host shares what she thinks creator Barbara Walters would make of the series hitting this milestone, as she teases surprises to come all season long. The table’s resident legal expert also shares her excitement for licensing her own image for AI filmmaking, explaining how her recently announced deal will help bring her ‘Summer Beach’ books to the screen. After hitting a wall with media companies and streamers not wanting to produce adaptations of her novels, Sunny says this is her way ‘to bring Black and brown stories to my audience. Hollywood is ignoring the stories of my community and I don’t want it to happen anymore.’ Sunny says the first of her AI film projects will be out before the end of the year; ‘The View’ airs weekdays on ABC.
