Following Dolly Parton’s death Aug. 25 at age 80, E! News is revisiting her most charming interviews alongside stars including Jennifer Aniston and Queen Latifah. In a 2025 interview with E! News, the country music icon spoke with correspondent Will Marfuggi about Dollywood’s 40th anniversary, her collaboration with Sabrina Carpenter and her Broadway show, ‘Dolly.’ In 1993, Parton gushed about sharing her song "I Will Always Love You" with Whitney Houston for ‘The Bodyguard.’ The "Jolene" singer also starred on the big screen alongside Queen Latifah in 2012’s ‘Joyful Noise’ and did the music for Jennifer Aniston’s 2018 film, ‘Dumplin’.’ Parton died following a "brief battle with cancer," according to a statement from her team to MS NOW.
