Taylor Frankie Paul’s ex-husband Tate Paul—who has largely stayed out of the spotlight since she began The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives—filed for a temporary restraining order against her. Tate—with whom Taylor shares daughter Indy, 8, and son Ocean, 6—filed the motion, obtained by People, in an Utah court on June 30. In addition to the TRO, he also filed a petition to modify the terms of their divorce and custody agreement. As for Taylor, the reality TV star—whose season of The Bachelorette was put on pause after video of an altercation between her and Dakota resurfaced earlier this year—recently completed a stay in a rehab facility "on the advice of her mental health team," a source with knowledge of the matter told E!
