‘Survivor 50’ castaways Kamilla Kartigesu and Charlie Davis react to fellow player Mike White picking them to cameo on season four of his HBO hit, ‘The White Lotus,’ which is currently filming in France. Mike, a ‘Survivor’ superfan, has snuck a number of alums into the hotel-set anthology’s previous seasons, including Alec Merlino, Angelina Keeley, Kara Kay, Natalie Cole and Carl Boudreaux. All episodes of ‘Survivor’ season 50 are now streaming on Paramount+, after Wednesday night’s finale on CBS.
