Serena Williams shared a health update after making her return to Wimbledon. The 23-time Grand Slam champion revealed she suffered a knee injury during her first-round singles match against Australian player Maya Joint on June 30. "I tweaked my knee late in the first set," she wrote on Instagram July 1, "but I’ll be doing everything I can to be ready for doubles with @venuswilliams." The tennis legend—who shares daughters Olympia, 8, and Adira, 2, with husband Alexis Ohanian—said having her kids watch her compete again made the moment especially meaningful. "It felt so good to be back on the grass at Wimbledon," she continued. "I’m incredibly thankful for the wild card—and even more grateful my daughters got to see that it’s never too late to chase something you love."
