The Blind Side actor Quinton Aaron shared he hasn’t spoken to his now-ex-wife Margarita DeLeon since learning she was still legally married while he was recovering from a stroke in January. Aaron, 42, told Us Weekly that after waking from a four-day coma following a spinal stroke and pulmonary embolism, he discovered DeLeon—whom he married in December 2024—was still legally married to a man she wed in 1992. “We would’ve never spoken if I knew she was married,” Aaron said, adding that DeLeon had told him she had been divorced for more than a decade. DeLeon previously told ABC News she “wasn’t aware” she was still legally married, while her estranged husband, Eric Guzman, also said he believed their divorce filing had gone through years earlier. Aaron said his marriage to DeLeon was ultimately voided, telling the outlet, “I dodged a bullet there.” Now continuing his recovery at a rehab facility, Aaron said he is “very optimistic” he will walk again and is focused on returning to acting, writing a book and developing a podcast, clothing line and documentary. As for his love life, he said, “I’m gonna leave him in charge of the love department.
