Dolly Parton’s nephew, Bryan Seaver, her one-time head of security, has been accused of engaging in “threats, intimidation and coercion” in a lawsuit filed by her longtime manager seeking a temporary restraining order. TMZ and People reported the contents of the lawsuit on Tuesday, September 22, filed by She’s Alive, LLC, the company that was designated by Parton to look after her business interests after her death in August, and her manager Danny Nozell. Nozell and the estate claimed in the documents that Seaver invoked “his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence to extort [Parton’s estate] into giving into his demands for money.” The alleged intimidation began in the weeks leading up to Parton’s death on August 25 at age 80, the docs said. Dolly Parton’s Family: Meet the Late Singer’s 11 Brothers and Sisters According to People, citing the filing, Seaver described himself as “literally an international arms dealer and mercenary.” Seaver allegedly wrote in one message, “Her money better be bigger than I can make elsewhere or I’m going to f*** everyone. Tom Cruise is just like Us — a Swiftie, that is. When asked at the London premiere of his new film Digger if he’d ever say yes to starring in a Taylor Swift music video, the actor, 64, showered praise on the pop star, 36. “It would be amazing to work with her on anything,” Cruise told BuzzFeed U.K. on Tuesday, September 22. “I make movies, you know, let’s go make a movie. I think she’s such a talent in anything she does. She’s absolutely brilliant. She’s a brilliant writer. Jimmy Kimmel mocked Donald Trump for essentially taking himself off the air with his White House press ban, calling out that this drama falls on the year anniversary of his own suspension. During Tuesday’s monologue for “Jimmy Kimmel Live!,” the comedian addressed the inadvertent impacts of Trump’s White House media ban. Namely, how media outlets stood in solidarity of MS NOW, CNN and Politico by pulling their coverage and boycotting White House events. “I mentioned last night that as a result of Trump’s ban on CNN, MS Now, and Politico, the major networks, including Fox, have decided to pull what is known as press pool coverage,” Kimmel said. “The outlets take turns providing a live TV feed of all the president’s events. But then they have suspended that coverage in protest of the ban, which has to drive Trump even crazier than he already is.” He added: “There’s nothing this man loves more than being on television. And right now, thanks to his own dumb actions, the only camera at the White House is the Ring camera Melania had mounted on her bedroom door to keep him out of it.” Though, later on in his monologue, Kimmel roasted Trump’s “minions”…

As Taylor Swift fans eagerly await her new single, the more critical among them are claiming “Patient Zero” artwork has been heavily photo edited. Fans across X and Instagram took to the social media platforms on Tuesday, September 22, to share thoughts on the upcoming single’s new portrait of Swift, 36. “People online are zooming in on her armpit, claiming something about the area looks seriously off and questioning whether the photo was heavily edited or retouched,” summarized one Instagram user before writing over the cover art, “Someone fire whoever is in charge of Taylor’s Photoshop?!?” Us has reached out to a representative for Swift for comment. Instagram users further discussed the photo, which shows the pop star leaning against a concrete wall as her torso appears to arch away from it. “Once you notice one armpit edit you see them all,” commented one fan, while another noted, “I’m a huge Swiftie and I see it. This one just didn’t look right.” Taylor Swift Wows in Racy Bodysuit and Fishnet Tights for Vinyl Album Cover Interestingly, one Swiftie argued that a potential photo edit may have been intentional. “It could be an artistic choice. The Trump administration defended its ban of MS NOW, CNN and Politico, claiming in new documents that “access to the White House is a privilege — not a right.” In response to the outlets’ request for a temporary restraining order, the Trump administration filed its defense late Tuesday night, in which they claimed that President Donald Trump’s ban was “not retaliatory because the Government would have taken the same action anyway, notwithstanding Plaintiffs’ speech criticizing the President.” “Indeed, the President has not revoked access to other outlets that have equally criticized the President,” the filing continued. “Plaintiffs are unlikely to prevail on their due process claims because, even if they have a constitutional right to access the White House, they have received adequate notice and post-deprivation process, including an opportunity to contest the President’s factual findings.” The document then called on the judge to “deny Plaintiffs’ motion for a temporary restraining order.” The new filing from the Trump administration comes a day before U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly is slated to hear arguments from the opposing outlets, who are attempting to block the ban and restore their access to the White House. On Monday, CNN, Politico and MS NOW sued…

They’ve got real chemistry.
Tom Cruise might be Digger’s star, but Kate Middleton undoubtedly stole the show at the upcoming film’s London premiere. The Duchess of Cambridge, 44, dazzled in a plum Jenny Packham gown and the rare Queen Mother’s Amethyst Sautoir Necklace on Tuesday, September 22, as she shared a sweet moment with Cruise, 64, at the Leicester Square event. The ritzy royal accessory, which was originally given to Queen Elizabeth II’s mother, Lady Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon, in 1923 as a wedding gift, features pearls, diamonds and the matching purple stone. Its value is upwards of $66,000, per The Court Jeweller. As Cruise, who looked equally dashing in a black tuxedo, made his way into Leicester Square’s ODEON Luxe cinema, he held Kate’s hand to assist her in walking down a set of stairs. Kate’s husband, Prince William, walked on the other side of her. Every Time Princess Kate Paid Tribute to Queen Elizabeth II With Her Jewelry Kate, William, 44, and Cruise were then snapped chatting warmly together inside the venue with the actor holding onto Kate’s arm as they engaged in conversation. The trio were also captured enjoying time together on the red carpet, with the royal couple joining Cruise and Digger…
Amy Poehler found herself in stitches as “Saturday Night Live” star Ashley Padilla recounted the time she was arrested as a teenager. Specifically, during Tuesday’s episode of “Good Hang with Amy Poehler,” the “SNL” performer confessed that she was a “bad girl” back in the day. “Tell me more,” Poehler responded. “What do you mean? How did you get in trouble?” Padilla countered with a one word answer: “Arrested.” This tidbit appeared to take Poehler by surprise, as she declared: “No! Finally, we got to it.” As Padilla dove into the story, she shared that she was booked for “obstruction of justice” and “resisting arrest.” With a laugh, Poehler praised Padilla for being “so cool.” “My mother pulling in as I’m cuffed on the cop car. Cuffed on top of the cop car. She pulls in,” Padilla recalled as Poehler continued to fight back laughter. “Single mother pulls in in her boyfriend’s truck.” She continued: “She gets out and she’s looking at me like [shakes head], talking to the cop and he’s like, ‘So, we found her in the rose bush.’” Per Padilla, her run-in with the police occurred after she took off from a party, which was going on…

Desi Lydic laid into Donald Trump for this week’s White House press ban and threatening U.N. speech, slamming the president as “a messy bitch who lives for the drama.” The comedian addressed the drama during Tuesday’s monologue for “The Daily Show,” where she suggested that the president would rather be a Real Housewife on Bravo than a “wannabe authoritarian.” Specifically, as Lydic’s monologue came to a close, “The Daily Show” highlighted Trump’s tantrum outside the United Nations, where he snapped at CNN’s Kaitlan Collins for covering his New York City trip. “OK, I say this as a woman and with all due respect to women everywhere, but have you ever seen such a bitch?” Lydic ripped. “Such a bitch. This here is what the press ban is about. It’s what all the U.N. threats are about.” She added: “Yes, this man is a wannabe authoritarian, but he’s also a wannabe Real Housewife, picking fights wherever he goes, whenever he can, because he’s a messy bitch who lives for the drama.” As Lydic went on, she said viewers shouldn’t be worried “about what Trump might do when the cameras aren’t on him,” adding, “because this thirsty attention slut would never let…

Niall Horan continues to honor his former One Direction bandmate Liam Payne. During the Tuesday, September 22, opening night of his Dinner Party Live on Tour, Horan, 33, played recorded audio of the late Payne being interviewed. “We thought something might happen but never anything like this,” the audio began right after Horan wrapped his tribute song “End of an Era” in Birmingham, England, per X fan footage. The audio continued, “I always try to remind myself of where I’ve come from and where I’ve managed to get to in my life. It’s amazing, really.” Payne died in October 2024 after falling from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was 31 years old. Niall Horan Reveals New Song ‘End of an Era’ Is a Tribute to Liam Payne As the recording played, darkened stage lighting captured Horan looking out above the audience in a moment of reflection.
