The Challenge’s Cory Wharton isn’t running away from accountability after questionable choices led to his split from Taylor Selfridge. With Wharton and fellow competitor Izzy Fairthorne developing an intense flirtation despite his, admittedly rocky, but still ongoing relationship with now-ex Taylor Selfridge, "It was a terrible season to watch," the 35-year-old acknowledged in an exclusive interview with E! News. "I hated every second of it." And yet if the dad of three—along with Mila, 6, and Maya, 4, his daughters with Selfridge, he shares daughter Ryder, 9, with fellow Challenger Cheyenne Floyd—really looks for a silver lining, he can appreciate the life lessons he brought back from Thailand. "I could have went about things differently," said Wharton. In the decade-plus since he made his Real World debut at age 22, he’s gotten used to having his mistakes aired out, he noted, "I just wish that it didn’t come off as disrespectful towards Taylor because I never meant for it to be like that."
