Ms. Rachel reveals the inspiration behind her debut album, ‘I’m So Happy,’ coming to streaming platforms on Sept. 25. The release includes 23 family favorites and originals with new orchestration, like ‘Big Feelings,’ ‘I Could Be Your Friend,’ ‘Phonics’ and ‘I Love a Rainbow,’ which is streaming now. The album marks the first time Ms. Rachel’s music will be available away from screens.
