Miley Cyrus, who recently dropped ‘Cyrus’ from her stage name, released a new song and sultry video for ‘Bass Persuades,’ the first single off her new album of the same title, out Sept. 18. The release comes just nine days after the death of her godmother, Dolly Parton. Miley notes her music will continue to honor Dolly, ‘whose impact has extended far beyond music throughout Miley’s life and career.’
