A man was arrested near the home of Andrew Mountbatten Windsor—formerly known as Prince Andrew—at Sandringham Estate after behaving in an “intimidating manner” while carrying an “offensive weapon,” according to the Norfolk Constabulary. Officers told NBC News that the man was arrested on suspicion of a public order offense and possession of an offensive weapon. According to U.K. legislature, an offensive weapon can include knives, truncheons or other items used to inflict harm, but the police did not specify what type of weapon the suspect was carrying.
