Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr.’s lawyer says the legal process has only begun. After Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s son was indicted on seven counts related to sexual assault on Sept. 3, including sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment, his attorney Jason Sheffield has responded by stating that the case moving forward will allow his client’s innocence to be proven. "An arrest and an indictment cannot tell us the whole truth of a case because, at those stages, the magistrate judge and the grand jury have heard only one side,” Sheffield proclaimed. “The evidence that I have gathered will prove, at the appropriate time and place, that KJ Biermann is not guilty of these horrific allegations."
