Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr.’s case is moving forward. The 15-year-old son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann was indicted Sept. 3 on seven counts following his Aug. 17 arrest, including aggravated child molestation, aggravated sexual battery, aggravated sodomy, sexual battery against a child under 16 and false imprisonment, according to court documents obtained by E! News. A grand jury from Fulton County, Ga., validated the charges, which allege that KJ "did unlawfully commit an immoral and indecent act" with a "child under the age of 16 years" on April 23, among other acts related to sexual assault. KJ’s attorney Jason Sheffield responded to the indictment in a statement to E!, where he maintains KJ’s innocence. The lawyer said the indictment "cannot tell us the whole truth of a case" because he has not yet presented his evidence, saying, "Without DNA evidence, the case remains one of ‘she said, he said’ and the credibility of the accuser. The evidence that I have gathered will prove, at the appropriate time and place, that KJ Biermann is not guilty of these horrific allegations."
