Kim Zolciak addressed "reckless and deeply troubling" allegations against her 15-year-old son Kroy "KJ" Biermann Jr. after he was arrested on sodomy and aggravated sexual battery charges. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, 48, told E! News in an Aug. 21 statement that KJ “categorically denies” the allegations and claimed he passed a voluntary polygraph exam and that no DNA evidence was found during an investigation into the alleged incident. According to court documents obtained by E! News, “KJ” was taken into police custody Aug. 17 in Alpharetta, Georgia, with a criminal warrant stating the charges stemmed from an alleged April 23 incident in the changing room of a Lifetime Fitness gym. Zolciak added that “no one should be publicly condemned based solely on an accusation” and said she remained confident “the facts and evidence will establish the truth.” KJ’s attorney Jason Sheffield also maintained that the teen is “100 percent innocent,” telling E! News that his client was being held without bond and that he would work “tirelessly” to bring the matter to a close. Zolciak and ex-husband Kroy Biermann, a former NFL player, are also parents to Brielle, 29, Ariana, 24, Kash, 14, and twins Kaia and Kane, 12.
