Kaley Cuoco welcomed her second child, a baby girl named Philomena, with Tom Pelphrey. ‘There are no words to describe this feeling once again. What a blessing,’ she wrote on Instagram. ‘We are so grateful for the crazy wild up and down journey that brought us to our little Philo! Family officially complete.’ The couple first announced they were expanding their family in early June, calling the pregnancy a ‘dream come true.’ Their adorable new addition has now promoted their toddler daughter, Matilda, to big sister.
