J.J. Abrams chats with ET’s Cassie DiLaura at the premiere of ‘The End of Oak Street,’ in theaters on Aug. 14. Abrams produced the Anne Hathaway and Ewan McGregor-led sci-fi film, which finds a family’s suburban street mysteriously relocated to a land with… dinosaurs! Next up for the filmmaker is ‘The Great Beyond,’ his first directorial effort since 2019’s ‘Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker;’ it stars Glen Powell and Jenna Ortega. As for teaming up with his pop-star daughter, Gracie Abrams, anytime soon, the ‘Alias’ creator jokes she’s the ‘busiest kid’ he knows, who doesn’t have time for a team-up!
