Cole Hauser opens up about the ‘challenges’ of making ‘Dutton Ranch’ with a lot less involvement from the show’s creator, ‘Yellowstone’ mastermind Taylor Sheridan. Cole tells ‘Film Insider,’ ‘Everything had changed’ and ‘it certainly was a challenge’ when Taylor went from being in the writers’ room to working as executive producer instead. Taylor Sheridan’s partnership with Paramount, whose streaming service the show airs on, is set to end in 2028. Season 2 of the ‘Yellowstone’ spinoff is expected to begin production in January, and Cole says he looks ‘forward to doing it again.’
