Chelsea Freeman, the wife of Los Angeles Dodgers’ Freddie Freeman, detailed her recent visit to the hospital after experiencing "really sharp, intense chest and back pain" in the middle of the night. "Thought I was having a heart attack," Chelsea wrote on her Instagram Story Aug. 11. "It was honestly really scary, especially because Freddie was on the road." The 35-year-old recounted how her troponin levels—a group of proteins released into the blood when the heart muscle is stressed—were elevated upon her arrival at the hospital, so she underwent "a heart CT, chest X-rays and an echo." She is scheduled for another echocardiogram as a follow-up and says she is thankfully feeling much better. Chelsea, who shares four children with the Dodgers first baseman, first revealed she experienced a “little health scare” on Aug. 6, posting a photo of her arm connected to an IV.
