Tom Cruise is nearly unrecognizable, sporting prosthetics and a fake belly in the first trailer for his highly anticipated film, ‘Digger.’ The film is building Oscar buzz for the movie star, who’s been nominated four times in the past — and secured an honorary award from the Academy in 2025, presented by ‘Digger’ filmmaker Alejandro G. Iñárritu. The acclaimed director famously guided Leonardo DiCaprio to his first Oscar win with ‘The Revenant.’ ‘Digger’ hits theaters on Oct. 2.
