Collin Gosselin is about to release his memoir, ‘In the Shadow of Eight,’ where he writes about the abuse he alleges he experienced from his mother, Kate Gosselin.
He spent over a year writing the tell-all and says it’s filled with what he calls "receipts upon receipts" of abuse and his later institutionalization.
Among the incidents he describes is being isolated from his siblings and locked in a room in the basement.
Kate has not responded to ET’s request for comment, but when Collin spoke out in 2023, she released a lengthy statement saying Collin had a "distorted perception of reality" and that "all measures that were taken in our home were at the explicit recommendation of his pediatric psychiatrist and/or his team of specialists."
