Cardi B sparked romance rumors with Nigerian soccer star Maduka Okoye with a joint outing to a restaurant inside the St. Regis in Venice, Italy. In video obtained by TMZ, Maduka smiled as the two chatted with friends throughout the meal. While there was no PDA, eyewitnesses say the pair seemed comfortable together during the evening. The outing comes just weeks after they made headlines for sitting together at Paris Fashion Week, where Maduka helped Cardi to her seat.
