Mel gives ET’s Denny Directo a peek inside her tiger-print-lined dressing room, where she meditates, snacks and plays cards, while Sofia reveals her own simple ritual: eating sandwiches. The backstage tour also sees Mel interacting and comforting nervous contestants before the live show.
