A source opens up to ET about Tish Cyrus’ strained relationship with her youngest daughter, Noah Cyrus. Following recent reports that Noah was romantically-involved with Tish’s husband, Dominic Purcell, before they tied the knot, a source tells ET the allegation is ‘exaggerated.’ However, we’re told, ‘Noah and Tish haven’t been close since Tish started dating Dominic.’
