Whoopi Goldberg made Sheryl Lee Ralph cry by presenting her with an unexpected offer on ‘The View.’ Whoopi asked Sheryl to reprise her ‘Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit’ role for the upcoming third ‘Sister Act’ movie, to which Sheryl answered, ‘yes.’ The film has been in the works for a few years, with Whoopi confirming to ET in 2022 that the script had been written. Whoopi has also shared her wishlist for the cast, including Keke Palmer, Lizzo and Nicki Minaj.
