Miley Cyrus was spotted in good spirits as the maid of honor at her mom, Tish, and ‘Prison Break’ actor Dominic Purcell’s Malibu wedding on Saturday. The nuptials come four months after Tish and Dominic announced their engagement and less than a year after the pair went public with their relationship in November of 2022.
