In Nevermore Academy, Poe’s presence is everywhere. Most famously, it name comes from his poem The Raven. In Wednesday Season 2, the campus food truck is an obvious nod to his classic short story The Tell-Tale Heart. Another genius who walks the halls of Nevermore is Shakespeare: the academy’s halls are named after many of his works.
