‘The Blind Side’ subject, Michael Oher, alleges the Tuohy family never actually adopted him, according to court documents obtained by ET. The former NFL star claims Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy, portrayed by Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw in the 2009 movie, manipulated him into making them his conservators in lieu of a full adoption, which he alleges in the 14-page legal filing was done to increase the family’s profits from the Oscar-winning film.
