ET looks back at John Candy’s interviews for ‘Uncle Buck,’ ‘Cool Runnings’ and the final time he spoke with ET before his death on March 4, 1994. The actor praised longtime collaborator John Hughes, who also penned Candy’s roles in ‘Planes, Trains and Automobiles,’ ‘The Great Outdoors’ and ‘Vacation.’ Candy also joked about the differences between America and the Great White North on the set of his last movie, ‘Canadian Bacon,’ in a behind-the-scenes interview just months before his untimely death at the age of 43.
