Two days after Mike Flanagan’s “Carrie” landed on Prime Video, Universal Pictures and Blumhouse released a trailer for Flanagan’s next project: “The Exorcist: Martyrs.” The trailer released online Friday after playing before screenings of “Other Mommy” and debuting at New York Comic-Con. The spooky new footage shows Scarlett Johansson as New York City detective Julie Miller, who gained notoriety for catching the satanic serial killer known as Father Sunday. Thirteen years later, Miller (now mother to Max, played by “Hamnet’s” Jacobi Jupe) finds her name written in an altar boy’s blood, signaling the start of a haunting new case. “Aided by former prison chaplain Father William (Academy Award nominee Chiwetel Ejiofor), who heard Father Sunday’s final confession, and sharp rookie detective Gina Restrepo (Sasha Calle, The Rip), Detective Miller will discover a filament linking a lineage of serial killers, from H.H. Holmes to the Zodiac, that could corrupt everything, and everyone, she loves with an evil that goes well beyond the mortal,” a plot description from Universal reads. During an exclusive interview with Us, Rubinstein, 31, reflected on his memorable roles in projects such as the 9-1-1 spinoff and Freeform’s Dead of Summer, saying, “He’s become truly like a brother to me in the last 10 years. Alberto [Frezza] played Deputy Sykes. Me and him have gotten so close since that show. We kind of instantly became brothers on that show.” He continued: “But if I can make a wish, it would be to bring Alberto Frezza to S.W.A.T. Please put that out there into the world. It also would be so exciting and ridiculous to work with him again. They would have to separate us and never give us scenes together. We have way too much fun together. But yeah, I would say Alberto, no question.” Dead of Summer, which aired for one season, focused on a haunted summer camp and it marked Rubinstein’s first lead TV role. If it’s between walking and driving, I (almost) always pick walking. Even when I don’t have to and even during the chilly months, you’ll find me strutting to the grocery store, restaurant, hair salon and beyond. But that doesn’t mean I always wear sneakers. Other shoe styles can be just as comfortable yet *so* much more elevated — and I found 13 pairs on Amazon to prove it. These sleek loafers, dainty flats, sassy boots and more are designed for actual walking, with elements like memory foam and arch support that make them feel surprisingly similar to sneakers. Whether for errands, travel or girls’ nights, these are the comfy-chic shoe looks in my fall rotation. 13 Comfy-Chic Fall Shoe Styles 1. My Favorite: Simple and polished with a classic bow on the toe, these memory-foam ballet flats are a wardrobe staple. Gold is extra stunning. 2. Hybrid Shoes: Combine sneakers and Mary Janes with these strappy fall shoes. Shoppers love them for work, walks and errands. 3. Cool Girl: Jennifer Aniston wears suede clogs, so naturally, I’m snagging this cork pair. It gives arches some serious love. 4. Cute Booties: Nothing channels fall vibes like ankle booties, and this chocolate-toned version makes even a…
