The sports world is mourning the loss of Cuban Judo athlete Maricet Espinosa González, who competed at the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro. The Pan-American Judo Confederation says in a statement, “Rest in peace, our dear Maricet. Your spirit and your achievements will last forever.”
