Footage of Justin Timberlake’s 2024 DWI arrest is now public, despite the singer’s efforts to keep the footage hidden. Timberlake was arrested and charged with driving while impaired in June of 2024, and was sentenced to a fine and community service. Timberlake’s attorney initially argued that the footage should not be released to the public as it captured him ‘in an acutely vulnerable state,’ but ultimately the *NSYNC alum reached a settlement on redactions, and the footage was published.
