Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo are asking for prayers amid a difficult time. Less than a week after Joseph Duggar and his wife Kendra Duggar were each arrested, his older sister and her husband expressed how they were processing the “devastating” situation. “We wanted to share a few things that were on our heart while also taking a bit of space this week,” Jeremy explained in the abbreviated March 25 episode of The Jinger & Jeremy Podcast. “It’s been a really difficult week for us to process and think through and pray through this with the podcast.” Joseph was arrested in Arkansas on March 18 for allegedly repeatedly engaging in “unlawful sexual activity” with a then 9-year-old girl during a 2020 family vacation in Florida, according to a prior press release issued by the Tontitown Arkansas Police Department. Days later, the 31-year-old and his wife Kendra Duggar—who share four children—were charged with four counts each of endangering a minor in the second degree and child endangerment in their home state. Kendra, 27, was arrested March 20, before being released later that same day. (Joseph has remained in jail as he awaits extradition to Florida.)
