Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright finally reached an agreement on child custody and support for their son Cruz, 4, nearly two years after they filed for divorce following five years of marriage. In legal documents obtained by E! News Mar. 10, the ‘Valley’ costars are sharing joint legal custody and "responsibility to make decisions relating to health, education, and welfare" of Cruz. Additionally, neither party will be required to pay child support and are simply responsible for costs and expenses associated with Cruz when he’s in their custody, per legal documents.
