Jenelle Evans, former ‘Teen Mom 2’ star, has found her 14-year-old son, Jace, who was reported missing Tuesday after running away from home. The reality star’s manager confirmed to ET the teenager was located and safe, thanking the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Department for their help.
