Brandi Mallory, who appeared on season 4 of ‘Extreme Weight Loss,’ died in a Chipotle parking lot on Nov. 9 at the age of 40. The former reality star previously auditioned for ‘The Biggest Loser’ before being chosen as a participant on ‘Extreme Weight Loss.’
