Julie Rapaport and Alana Mayo will each serve as head of film, production and development at Amazon MGM Studios, Courtenay Valenti, the studio’s head of film, streaming and theatrical, announced in a memo Tuesday. Legendary Entertainment has submitted a takeover offer for Lionsgate after reviving talks with the Hollywood studio, according to Bloomberg.
