Hayden Panettiere‘s ex Wladimir Klitschko has filed for temporary guardianship of their daughter, Kaya, following the actress’ death. According to court documents obtained by Us, Klitschko, 50, submitted paperwork on September 24 to be the temporary guardian over Kaya’s estate. Kaya, 11, is the sole inheritor of her late mother’s estate following Panettiere’s death in August. Since Kaya is a minor, the court can “appoint a guardian of Kaya’s estate who would then succeed to Kaya’s priority” while Panettiere’s estate is in probate.
