Alex Duong, who appeared on ‘Blue Bloods’ with Donnie Wahlberg, has died after a year-long battle with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. He was 42. Alex was diagnosed in 2025 after doctors found a malignant mass behind his left eye, which affected his vision. The cancer later spread to his brain and back. The star, who was also a touring stand-up comedian, died Friday after going into septic shock at the hospital, according to a friend. He’s survived by his wife, Christina, and his 5-year-old daughter, Everest.
