During his Emmys 2026 presentation for Outstanding Directing in a Comedy Series, which went to Widow’s Bay, Marcello Hernandez had a sweet interaction with Zendaya and Tom Holland. The Saturday Night Live star, making his first Emmys appearance Sept. 14, told Zendaya he couldn’t “play it cool” after seeing her and invited the actress and her husband—whom he called Spider-Man—to have dinner at his house. Zendaya burst out laughing as Holland nodded and clapped. Hernandez also used his time onstage to say hello to Harrison Ford and Oscar Isaac, then joked that he was “basically” living out his aunt’s childhood promise that working hard could one day lead to spending time with Matthew McConaughey.
