Gladys Knight is ready for a new chapter after 75 years on stage. The legendary singer, 82, announced she plans to step back from live performances, after concerning videos and social media posts from recent concerts circulated online. In one clip, the music legend appears confused about her whereabouts or what to sing. In her statement announcing the move, which she posted to Instagram, Knight said she made the decision after doing some ‘soul searching.’ She added, she’s looking forward to spending more time working on projects with her husband, William McDowell, and visiting her grandchildren
