Outer Banks stars Madison Bailey and Chase Stokes detailed a terrifying moment on set when Bailey began drowning while filming a scene in Barbados. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly published Aug. 20, Stokes, 33, recalled realizing his costar was in trouble while others on set initially thought she was simply acting, saying, “No, she’s drowning.” Bailey, 27, later found some humor in the frightening moment, joking that while she was actually drowning, everyone around her thought, “Wow, she’s really good.” Outer Banks also stars Madelyn Cline, Jonathan Daviss, Carlacia Grant, Drew Starkey, Austin North and Fiona Palomo.
