Tyler Duckworth, star of ‘The Real World Key West’ and two-time winner of MTV’s ‘The Challenge,’ has died. He was 44 years old. The reality star’s mom sharing the news on Facebook, saying Tyler’s cause of death is still being determined. According to ‘The U.S. Sun,’ he died after being found unresponsive in his bathroom on Aug. 11.
