Teddi Mellencamp reflected on her cancer journey one year after being diagnosed with the disease, admitting to feeling “a lot of anxiety” about the milestone along with “a lot of gratitude.” As she put it in a Feb. 9 Instagram post: “Gratitude for the doctors and nurses who took care of me, gratitude for my family and friends for supporting me, and gratitude for all the love that you have poured into me.” The 44-year-old also encouraged others to “trust your instincts. Get checked.” Teddi previously shared with E! News what it was like for her being on the ongoing 14th season of ‘The Masked Singer’ amid her difficult cancer battle. She was diagnosed with stage two melanoma in 2022 that ultimately metastasized to her brain and her lungs, leading to multiple brain tumors. “Doing the show meant a lot,” Teddi told E! News’ Will Marfuggi, “because it showed me that I could do it and can do anything I put my mind to.” Full Story: https://www.eonline.com/news/1428389/teddi-mellencamp-marks-cancer-diagnosis-anniversary
