J.J. Rice, Olympic-Bound Kitefoiler, Dead at 18

J.J. Rice, a kitefoiler who was set to represent Tonga at the 2024 Paris Olympics, has died. He was 18. The athlete died Saturday after a free diving accident, his dad confirming the news to the ‘Matangi Tonga’ newspaper.
