In an interview with XXL magazine, the ‘WAP’ rapper and entrepreneur recalled the times she’s seen artists get taken advantage of, particularly if they’re people of color. She concluded, ‘sometimes you do see that race really matters.’ Cardi revealed that husband Offset is ‘smart with numbers,’ and supports her amid business deals by saying ‘you deserve this.’
